Fire Calls for Sept. 12, 2013

Assault

• At 2:17 p.m. a case was created for information on the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Attempt to serve/Interference

• Tuesday at 2:14 p.m. on the 3600 block of Amalga Street police investigated a 22-year-old man who allegedly interfered with a police officer.

Drug activity

• Tuesday at 8:40 p.m. police began a confidential drug investigation.

Fire & Medical

• Tuesday at 5:43 a.m. on Hospital Drive. Capital City Fire/Rescue was dispatched to transport a female patient and medevac team from Bartlett Regional Hospital to Juneau International Airport.

• Tuesday at 6:46 on Livingston Way. CCF/R was dispatched for emergency Medical services. Basic life support was provided, and the female patient was transported to the hospital for further care.

• Tuesday at 10:14 a.m. on Glacier Highway, CCF/R was dispatched for emergency Medical services. Advanced life support was provided, and the male patient was transported to the hospital for further care.

• Tuesday at 11:04 on Egan Drive, , CCF/R was dispatched for possible car fire. The vehicle had overheated and there was no fire.

• Tuesday at 1:02 p.m. on Commercial Boulevard, CCF/R was dispatched for reported unauthorized burn, informed owner no commercial burning without permit, asked owner to let fire burn out and not to add other products to fire.

• Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. on Franklin Street, CCF/R was dispatched for emergency Medical services. Advanced life support was provided, and the male patient was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for further care.

• Tuesday at 4:40 p.m. on 3rd Street CCF/R was dispatched for a fire alarm. There was no fire, the alarm caused by pull station that was hit by a ball in the gym.

• Tuesday at 4:38 p.m. on Marine Way there was an emergency medical incident. CCR/F was dispatched for emergency Medical services. Basic life support was provided, and the female patient was transported to the hospital for further care.

• Tuesday at 5:04 p.m. on Franklin Street a male patient declined treatment.

• Tuesday at 6:12 p.m. on Capitol Avenue a female patient was transported by another agency.

• Tuesday at 7 p.m. on Glacier Spur Road a male patient was provided basic life support and transported to the hospital for further care.

• Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. on Marine Way a female patient was given basic life support and taken to the hospital for further care.

Fraud/Forgery

• At 3:20 p.m. in the Juneau area police investigated a report of fraud.

Lost property

• On Tuesday at 12:49 p.m. a 60-year-old man reported lost property on Gastineau Avenue.

• Tuesday at 4:55 p.m. in the Juneau area a resident reported the loss of her green wallet containing ID cards.

• At 7:18 a.m. a 44-year-old man reported a black tri-fold wallet was lost in the Juneau area.

Motor vehicle crash/Damage

• At 8:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 10000 block of Jensine Street a 1998 Saturn was impounded for safekeeping.

Sex crime

• At 5:47 p.m. Tuesday police investigated a report of sexual abuse of a minor.
