Photos: Sports travel ban protest

Adults and youth picket the middle school travel ban on Monday along Egan Drive at Juneau-Douglas High School prior to the Board of Education’s executive session meeting on collective bargaining. Picketters said a group would be meeting today from 6-8 p.m. at the Nugget Mall community room to discuss the travel policy and how to get it repealed. On Wednesday another group plans to picket at Thunder Mountain High School’s Rally At The Summit from 5:30-6:15 p.m.
