Police calls for Monday, Sept. 30, 2013

• At 12:56 a.m. Sunday, 25-year-old James Michael Lewis was arrested for assault on the 300 block of Whittier Street. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 1:42 a.m. Sunday, 32-year-old Jarenthan David Chase was arrested on two counts of assault on the 200 block of Front Street. He was transported and lodged at LCCC.


• At 11:14 a.m. Sunday, a 37-year-old reported a robbery on the 1000 block of Third Street.

Driving without a valid license

• At 11:44 p.m. Saturday, 21-year-old David McNichol was cited and released for driving without a valid license on the 1900 block of Douglas Highway. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Driving while intoxicated

• At 9:47 p.m. Saturday, 50-year-old Dean Anthony Francisco was arrested for DWI on the 200 block of Front Street. The 2003 GMC he was driving was impounded.

• At 2:55 a.m. Sunday, 21-year-old Kyle Michael Head-Bethel was arrested for DWI on the 7100 block of Egan Drive. The 2009 Toyota he was driving was impounded.

• At 3:23 a.m Sunday, 23-year-old Christopher Houston was arrested for DWI on the 1300 block of Egan Drive. He was lodged at LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.


• At 3:24 a.m. Sunday, a fight involving alcohol and domestic violence was reported in Juneau.

Liquor violation

• At 12:29 a.m. Sunday, 20-year-old John Hevaha Toutai Jr. was arrested for minor on licensed premise on the 200 block of Front Street. He was lodged at LCCC.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 11:11 p.m. Saturday, a 1991 Ford SUV was impounded after it got stuck on a rock on the 1600 block of Renninger Street.


• At 2:01 p.m. Saturday, the theft of a gas tank with fuel was reported on the 800 block of Front Street.
