Police & Fire for Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013

Death

• At 10:51 a.m. Tuesday, Juneau Police Department continued investigation into an unattended death on the 1800 block of Douglas Highway.

Driving while intoxicated

• At 12:09 a.m. Tuesday, Jeremy Charles Beebe, 39, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC and his vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 1:30 p.m. Monday, Capital City Fire and Rescue transported a man and an airlift crew from Bartlett Regional Hospital to Juneau International Airport.

• At 6:54 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 10:52 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Village Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:52 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman at Sealaska Plaza, and she was taken to BRH.

Motor vehicle crash

At 11:29 a.m. Tuesday, a Dodge R250 driven by a 54-year-old man was struck by a Mack fuel truck driven by a 78-year-old man on the 400 block of Summers Street. The dodge sustained minor damage to the rear end and the fuel truck sustained approximately $1000 worth of damage to the front end.

Outstanding warrant

At 1:30 p.m. Monday, Garry Lamar Wilson, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Theft

• At 12:14 p.m. Monday, JPD continued investigation into a report of theft on the 5800 block of Lund Street.

• At 1:47 p.m. Monday, JPD continued investigation into a report of theft on the 19400 block of Beardsley Way.

• At 2:21 p.m. Monday, a 23-year-old woman reported the theft of a 16-GB iPhone 5 valued at $500 on Marine Way.

• At 11:47 a.m. Tuesday, a 20-year-old reported the theft of two WIC checks on the 200 block of Franklin Street.

Trespassing

• At 9:27 p.m. Monday, Christopher Williams Jr., 37, was cited and released for criminal trespass on the 100 block of Franklin Street.

• At 10:14 p.m. Monday, Adam Jacob Jones, 22, was arrested for criminal trespass on the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road and taken to LCCC.

Vandalism

• At 1:21 p.m. Monday, JPD investigated a report of criminal trespass and vandalism on CBJ property on the 9300 block of La Perouse Avenue.

• At 10:22 a.m. Tuesday, a 58-year-old woman reported vandalism to her 2001 Ford XL on the 3300 block of Nowell Avenue.

• At 10:08 a.m. Tuesday, a 36-year-old man reported vandalism to a window on the 2000 block of Jordan Avenue.

Weapons misconduct

• At 1:45 p.m. Monday, JPD investigated a report of misconduct involving weapons on Jennifer Drive.
