Egbert named BRH interim CEO

With the departure of Christine Harff, Bartlett Regional Hospital welcomes Jeff R. Egbert as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective Oct. 28.

“We are extremely pleased to bring Mr. Egbert to Juneau as interim CEO for Bartlett Regional Hospital,” Board President Linda Thomas said. “His track record of proven leadership and his collaborative approach to problem solving will be great additions to the leadership structure at our community hospital. We are confident that he will maintain the high quality standards in health care our community has come to expect from Bartlett.”

Boasting more than 23 years of hospital experience, 15 at CEO level, Egbert has served as CEO for three hospitals as an employee of Vanguard Health System. Egbert holds a Master of Science degree in health care administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry and biology from Mount Mary College in Yankton, S.D.
