A sailboat named "Raindancer" hangs submerged in the Douglas Boat Harbor Wednesday. According to the Juneau Docks and Harbors department, the vessel sank a week or two ago and the out-of-town owner was notified Nov. 5 to have it salvaged. No one witnessed the sinking so the cause is unknown. The boat is currently stable and its sinking has not affected neighboring boats.
