Police & Fire for Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013

Conditions violation

• At 12:26 p.m. Tuesday, Hugo Guerrero De La Cruz, 42, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Egan Drive.

• At 9:35 p.m. Tuesday, Kyle Derek Anderson Sr., 54, was arrested in the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road for violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

Domestic violence assault

• At 4:16 a.m. Wednesday, a 30-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Fire and medical

• At 3:15 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Village Street, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Lemon Creek Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Salmon Creek Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:04 a.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a structure fire in an enclosed building on Engineers Cutoff Road. Fire caused by pellet stove and was extinguished upon arrival.

• At 11:19 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to a public service call on Glacier Highway.

• At 11:21 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:36 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Sharon Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 12:51 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR transferred a male patient and flight crew from BRH to Juneau International Airport.

• At 6:36 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR transferred a female patient and flight crew from BRH to JIA.

• At 9:41 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Crest Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm on Fourth Street, and no fire was found.

Vandalism

• At 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, a 53-year-old man reported a window broken in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue.
