Agency assist

• At 8:39 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department assisted another agency in the 9000 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 10:05 a.m. Thursday, JPD assisted another agency on Churchill Way.

Drug activity

• At 3:09 p.m. Wednesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation in the Juneau area.

Fire and medical

• At 1:29 a.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Haloff Way, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 1:58 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 2:16 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Livingston Way, and he and a flight crew were transported to the Juneau Pioneer Home.

• At 2:52 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on 10th Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 4:11 p.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to an EMS call on Salmon Creek Lane. Male patient was assessed and refused transport and further medical care.

• At 4:18 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm on Glacier Avenue, and no fire was found.

• At 5:10 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Willoughby Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 8:51 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to a service call on Ling Court regarding a tripped breaker. It was reset and units returned to service.

• At 10:51 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Village Street, and he was taken to BRH.

Theft

• At 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, Angela Kaylene Flores-Williams, 18, and Nina Isabelle Simone Tongsgard were cited and released for larceny in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, a 23-year-old man reported the theft of parts from a vehicle on Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 3:59 p.m. Wednesday, William Nicholas Schenker, 27, was cited and released for larceny in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 5:10 p.m. Wednesday, a 44-year-old man reported the theft of a DVD player in the Juneau area.

Vandalism

• At 12:09 p.m. Wednesday, a 44-yaer-old man reported vandalism to his boat in the 1200 block of Harbor Way.

Warrant arrest

• At 2:34 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of Front Street, and 26-year-old Crystal Rose Phillips was arrested on a $2,750 Alaska State Trooper warrant. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center, and her vehicle was impounded. Additionally, JPD assisted another agency in remanding a 21-year-old woman.
