Police and fire report for Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013

Assist

• At 7:24 a.m. Friday, the Juneau Police Department assisted another agency out of Oregon.

Burglary

• At 3:02 a.m. Friday, a 22-year-old man reported a burglary in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. He reported his PlayStation 3, its controllers and three games were taken from his house.

Conditions violation

• At 12:05 p.m. Thursday, Judith Ann Mauermann, 59, was arrested for a conditions violation in the Juneau area.

Fire and medical

• At 9:01 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Garnet Street, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 9:20 a.m. Thursday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to an EMS call on 12th Street. A woman refused medical care and transport. JPD was called to the scene.

• At 9:30 a.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a downed power line on Threadneedle Street.

• At 9:36 a.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a vehicle accident with injuries on Egan Drive. Basic life support care was given to a male and a female, and they were taken to BRH.

• At 12:05 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Salmon Creek Lane. She was taken from Southeast Regional Health Consortium to BRH.

• At 12:28 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a false call (other than a fire alarm) on Shell Simmons Drive. No action taken.

• At 1:27 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a vehicle accident with injuries on Glacier Highway. Basic life support care was given to a female and two males, and patients were taken to BRH.

• At 2 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a false call (other than a fire alarm) on Shell Simmons Drive. No action taken.

• At 4:28 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Salmon Creek Lane for an EMS call and cancelled en route.

• At 6:55 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to a fire on Glacier Highway. No fire found.

• At 7:50 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched for branch arcing in power line wires on Montana Creek Road. AEL&P personnel were on scene to provide wire maintenance.

• At 8:32 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Montana Creek Road for a fire caused by a branch burning through a power line wire. No fire was found, and AEL&P personnel were on scene to provide wire maintenance.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 1:27 p.m. Thursday, a 2002 Chrysler van driven by a 64-year-old man was struck by a car driven by a 40-year-old man on Glacier Highway Access Road.

• At 3:53 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a damage-only motor vehicle crash in the 3100 block of Riverside Drive.

• At 9:05 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to damage-only crash on Gold Street. A 1990 Lincoln driven by a 65-year-old man slid down the hill, hitting two parked cars.

Shoplift

• At 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Joseph Leon Hasper, 25, was cited and released for shoplifting in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Theft

• At 3:42 p.m. Thursday, a 46-year-old woman reported a theft of medication.
