Assist

• At 7:57 p.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department conducted a confidential investigation in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

Conditions violation

• At 8:36 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of conditions violation in the Juneau area. Information only.

Domestic dispute

• At 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a domestic dispute. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a valid license

• At 2:44 a.m. Thursday, JPD conducted a traffic stop in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, and a 17-year-old boy was cited for driving without a license. His vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Nowell Avenue, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 10:18 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Lemon Creek Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 1:37 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Ninth Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 4:49 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to an EMS call on Livingston Way. A woman was transported from Juneau International Airport to BRH.

• At 6:05 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Tongass Boulevard, and she refused transport.

Sex crime

• At 11:17 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.

Theft

• At 1:47 p.m. Wednesday, Amanda Phillips, 26, was arrested for fourth-degree theft and violating conditions of release in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway, and she was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 4:23 p.m. Wednesday, a 24-year-old woman reported the theft of checks from her vehicle in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive.

• At 7:28 p.m. Wednesday, a 21-year-old woman reported a theft on Old Dairy Road.

Vandalism

• At 2:33 p.m. Wednesday, a 53-year-old woman reported her parked vehicle was vandalized in the 2400 block of Douglas Highway.
