• At 9:48 p.m. Sunday, a 26-year-old man reported being assaulted by a 37-year-old man in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

Domestic violence assault

• At 8:57 p.m. Sunday, a 54-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence assault, and she was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was not involved.

Drunken driving

• At 8:34 p.m. Sunday, Dylan Gurney, 23, was arrested in the 100 block of Willoughby Avenue for driving while intoxicated, and he was taken to LCCC. His vehicle was impounded.


• At 5:54 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a report of criminal mischief and vehicle rifling in the 100 block of Main Street.

• At 9:52 p.m. Sunday, a 28-year-old woman reported a purse stolen out of a vehicle in the 2300 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Investigation continues.


No one injured in Smith Hall apartment fire

No injuries were reported from a fire at Smith Hall Senior Apartments Friday night.
