Police calls for Monday, Jan. 27, 2014

• At 11:39 p.m. on Saturday, the Juneau Police Department assisted Adult Probations with a remand on the 1000 block of Salmon Creek Lane.

Conditions violation

• At 12:03 p.m. on Friday, 38-year-old Jenny Sharclane was arrested for violating conditions of release on the 200 block of Gastineau Avenue and was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 2:55 a.m. on Sunday, a 44-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions of release on the 3700 block of Julep Street and was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.


• At 4:46 p.m. on Friday, a 45-year-old woman reported being threatened by a 57-year-old man on the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road.

Driving while intoxicated

• At 1:10 a.m. on Saturday, 30-year-old Daniel Chase Petersen was arrested for driving while intoxicated on the 2800 block of Riverside Drive. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Driving without a license

• At 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, 35-year-old Michael William Stults was cited and released for driving without a license on the 3400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.


• At 1:04 a.m. on Saturday, 43-year-old Feleti Maka was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Front Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Found property

• At 11:48 p.m. on Friday, a purse and all belongings were found on the 100 block of Franklin Street and were placed in safekeeping.

• At 5:57 p.m. on Saturday, a found knife was placed into safekeeping.

Motor vehicle crash damage only

• At 4:39 p.m. on Friday, a 16-year-old boy reported a hit and run accident on the 100 block of Second Street.


• At 11:08 p.m. on Friday, a 63-year-old man reported the theft of medication on the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue.


• At 4:06 p.m. on Friday, a 37-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief DV on the 6500 block of Glacier Highway and was taken to LCCC.

• At 2:21 a.m. on Sunday, a 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for criminal mischief on the 10800 block of Black Bear Road. Both were taken to the Juneau Youth Center.
