Assault

• At 4:23 p.m. Tuesday, Donald Allan, 54, was arrested for assault on Rawn Way, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center on $1,000 bail. Alcohol was involved.

• At 9:44 a.m. Wednesday, a 32-year-old man and a 38-year-old man engaged in “mutual combat” at the University of Alaska Southeast construction site in the 11000 block of Auke Lake Way.

Assist

• At 11:28 a.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department assisted another agency.

Commercial fish closed area

• In an online dispatch posted Wednesday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Hoonah said they cited 35-year-old Sitka resident Noah Mayo for unlawfully commercial drift gillnet fishing in a closed area. Mayo was observed fishing aboard the F/V Resource on July 29 in the closed area of District 11A in Juneau. Mayo was given a court date of Aug. 22 in Juneau District Court.

Conditions violation

• At 1:50 p.m. Monday, 32-year-old Erica Olsen was arrested on Egan Drive for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was involved.

Criminal mischief/vandalism

• At 3:01 a.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of criminal mischief at Timber Manor in the 8900 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Alcohol was involved.

Criminal trespass

• At 5:20 p.m. Monday, Harry Hewson, 39, was cited and released for criminal trespass after trespassing in a business in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 2:35 a.m. Wednesday, George Norman Martin, 77, was placed under citizen’s arrest for trespassing at a business in the 100 block of Seward Street. Alcohol was involved.

Disturbance

• At 12:14 p.m. Tuesday, a 47-year-old man found 53-year-old Milton Kadake in his car without permission in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Kadake was arrested for criminal trespass and indecent exposure. Unknown if alcohol was involved.

Drug activity

• At 2:43 p.m. Monday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into drug activity in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway.

Fight

• At 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Clinton Daniels Jr. was arrested for challenging officers to a fight on Egan Drive, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Fire and medical

• At 12:16 a.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Salmon Creek Lane, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 8:01 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Franklin Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:08 a.m. Monday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to an EMS call on Ferry Way and Franklin Street, and a woman was assessed and transported by another agency.

• At 10:57 a.m. Monday, CCFR responded to Glacier Spur Road and Garnet Street to assist the JPD. A man was assessed and found to be uninjured. He was left in the care of JPD.

• At 11:16 a.m. Monday, CCFR responded to a motor vehicle crash on Glacier Highway with reported injuries. Two patients were assessed. One was uninjured and the other was taken to BRH.

• At 11:18 a.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:22 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Foster Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 12:21 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a man on Salmon Creek Lane, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 12:46 p.m. Monday, CCFR was dispatched to Shell Simmons Road and was cancelled en route.

• At 1:46 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Marine Way, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 2:11 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Franklin Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 3:55 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm on Fourth Street. No fire was found. Alarm caused by burnt food. Area was ventilated and alarm system was reset.

• At 4:34 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Lemon Creek Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:32 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Livingston Way, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:56 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Marine Way, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:32 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Marine Way, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 10:26 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Kanat-A Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:14 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was given to a man on Willoughby Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 1:41 a.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Northwood Drive, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 4:35 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR transported a woman and Airlift Northwest crew from BRH to the Juneau International Airport.

• At 8:46 a.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Second Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:01 a.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 12:18 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR transported a man from BRH to his residence.

• At 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR was dispatched to Renshaw Way to standby in Airport Firefighter truck while Airlift Northwest refueled with a patient on board. Refueling occurred without incident.

• At 2:37 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 3:36 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Willoughby Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 3:49 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Fourth Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 8:07 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 8:33 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to an EMS call on Cinema Drive, and a man was assessed and refused transport.

• At 10:06 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR transported a woman and Guardian Flight crew from JIA to BRH.

Fraud

• At 11 a.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of fraud in the 300 block of Franklin Street.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 3:53 p.m. Tuesday, Linda Garcia, 21, was cited and released for operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license after a damage-only motor vehicle crash in the 900 block of 10th Street. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Sex crime

• At 9:51 a.m., 9:55 a.m., 11:49 a.m., 2:37 p.m. and 2:38 p.m. Tuesday, JPD conducted confidential investigations into reported sex crimes.

Theft

• At 4:12 p.m. Monday, a 58-year-old woman reported the theft of three election signs in the 1900 block of Fritz Cove Road.

• At 12:11 p.m. Tuesday, a 34-year-old man reported a theft of a cash box valued at $150 in the 5300 block of Commercial Boulevard.
