Burglary

• At 7:02 p.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a burglary in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Child abuse

• At 4:47 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of child abuse in the Juneau area. Confidential investigation continues.

Disorderly conduct

• At 2:43 p.m. Thursday, JPD cited and released Odette Nathan, 35, for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Front Street. Alcohol was involved.

Domestic violence

• At 7:18 p.m. Wednesday, JPD created a case to document a domestic violence call in the Juneau area.

• At 9:54 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a domestic violence protection order violation in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 12:39 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a domestic violence call in the Juneau area.

Fire and medical

• On Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to eight EMS calls, two transport calls, two false smoke alarms and one smoke alarm triggered by burnt food.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 11:54 a.m. Thursday, a 22-year-old woman reported her company vehicle was struck and damaged by an unknown vehicle while unattended in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road.

• At 12:42 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a motor vehicle crash causing vehicle damage only in the 8800 block of Egan Drive. Investigation continues.

• At 3:09 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a motor vehicle crash causing vehicle damage only in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 4:52 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to the report of a single motor vehicle crash in the 6300 block of Douglas Highway resulting in a minor injury.

Shots fired

• At 8:42 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of an accidental pistol discharge in the 300 block of Distin Avenue. Investigation continues.

Theft

• At 8:28 a.m. Thursday, a 51-year-old woman reported the theft of a black truck bed tool box, valued at approximately $200, and approximately $200 worth of fishing gear in the 1200 block of Salmon Creek Lane.

• At 9:55 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of theft in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard at Safeway. Investigation continues.

• At 4:51 p.m. Thursday, a 49-year-old man reported a black and red bicycle valued at approximately $600 was stolen in the 500 block of Ninth Street sometime between June 26 and July 3.

• At 3:33 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of theft of lumber from a construction site in the 1900 block of Allen Court. Investigation continues.

• At 10:10 a.m. Friday, a 23-year-old man reported two bicycles were stolen during the last week in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Vehicle rifling

• At 3:35 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of vehicle rifling on Egan Drive. Investigation continues.
