Travel Juneau is hosting a forum later this month for local businesses who want to improve their social media marketing.
The event is scheduled for Feb. 23 at the Hangar on the Wharf ballroom. Doors open at 5 and the presentation begins at 5:30 p.m.
An hourlong presentation will cover updates to the Instagram platform that the social media outlet has quietly introduced over the course of the past few months. Local business owner Christy NaMee Ericksen of Kindred Post will be a guest speaker and will share some of her experiences using Instagram and the impact its had on her business.
