Volunteer Opportunity: The Juneau Symphony is looking for a pair of volunteer stage managers for its upcoming April concerts. This will be an ongoing project from March 10 through April 3. The stage managers will be responsible for setting up chairs and stands for each rehearsal (nine rehearsals total), moving percussion equipment to and from the concert stages and clearing the concert stages immediately after both performances. They will not have to stay through each rehearsal; just get them set up. Stage managers may want to recruit extra help for moving equipment and clearing the concert stage.

The rehearsal and concert schedule is posted at www.juneausymphony.org/formusicians.html. Performances are April 2 at Juneau-Douglas High School and April 3 at Thunder Mountain High School.

The managers will need be reliable and work unsupervised. Total volunteer hours will be approximately 15. The managers will receive complimentary tickets to both performances.
