Photos: Big Brothers Big Sisters kayak through Amalga Harbor

May 21, Big Brothers and Sisters, along with their Littles, met at SAGA's Eagle Valley Center for an afternoon on the water kayaking and exploring Amalga Harbor. All skill levels, from first timers, skilled paddlers and everyone in between, were represented in the group. The day was a bit rainy, but no one's spirits were dampened. Sixteen Big-Little pairs attended, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska Juneau spokeswoman Katy Jordan wrote the event was "a splashing success!" Note: Littles are not identified by last name at the request of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
