Pets for the week of June 19, 2011

As a four year old, medium hair, brown tiger feline, I am looking for a place to call home forever. I’m a very friendly, affectionate cat, but I also enjoy some alone time in a nice hidey hole from time to time. I love to be scratched, and will even come when you call! Do you have the forever home for me?

I am a long-haired, black-and-white older gentleman looking for a people home. I love being with people all the time. I enjoy sitting on shoulders and following you around the house. I would prefer a home without children or other cats as I want to be the main man in your life. Are you the perfect shoulder I’ve been looking for?

I’m your No. 1 gal. I’m a feisty orange-and-white long-haired lady who is very playful and full of energy. I’m the most talkative feline you’ll ever meet. I’ll talk your ears off as I follow you around the house. I would prefer a home without young children. Fellow cats are OK as long as I can have my own space to roam. Do you have space for me in your heart and home?

I’m a shy little lady but I’m very sweet and lovable once I get to know you. I need a lap to lie on and a daily brushing to keep me happy and fluffy. I would prefer a quiet home with a safe hidey hole to call my own. Are you the calm, patient family I’ve been looking for?

To meet these pets, visit the Gastineau Humane Society, 2 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday. For more information call 789-0260.
