Pets for the week of Oct. 2

SIMON AND DICKSON

We are two lovable 7 month old rat brothers, with handsome white fur coats and bright red eyes. We have been hand trained and worked with quite a bit, so we are very friendly and sweet with humans. We would love to be a stunning, permanent addition to your family.

WANI

I’m an 11 years young boy with the energy of a kitten. My sleek body is fueled by the food I love so much, but kept chic by my incredibly active lifestyle. I’m good with people of all ages, and if you give your children a feather for me to play with, they can entertain me for hours.

LILITH

A beautiful lady with a stunning calico coat, I love ear and head scratches, but am a little particular about the rest of my body. I enjoy toys of all sorts but particularly adore anything on a string. I would do well in a home with other cats as long as they give me the space I need. I get along very well with adults, preferring a home without children. Are you the quiet, mature home I’ve been looking for?

ROMEO

Romeo is a sweet and energetic boy who is looking for an active, patient family. Romeo came to GHS with some bad puppy habits, but with Clicker Training and lots of exercise he has transformed into a fine young gentleman! Romeo knows how to sit, has reliable re-call on off-leash hikes and is house-trained. Clicker training is fun, easy and Romeo is a pro at it. Romeo loves other dogs, big and small, and would do fine with another pup in the household. Are you the hiking buddy he’s been looking for?

To meet these pets, visit the Gastineau Humane Society, 2 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday. For more information call 789-2060.
