Pets of the week: Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011

Allister is a handsome fellow with the most unique coloring. While he knows how to use a litter box, we understand he is also trained to use a human toilet! This large, laid back gentleman likes to perch up high and overlook his surroundings. He is a super laid back boy who gets along well with other cats.

This little lady has velvety soft fur and a truly sweet disposition. We call her our little burrito because she likes to wrap up in a blanket and tuck all the sides in from inside! She enjoys having a hidey hole to sleep in and will even play hide-and-seek with you! While she’s not the kind of gal to seek out attention, she sure loves every bit you’re willing to give her when you seek her out. She would like a calm home with a soft lap to lie upon.

Kierra is an extremely smart girl who learns behaviors and tricks through clicker training very quickly. She will sit, sit pretty, lie down and shake eagerly and she can’t wait to learn more! Interested in agility or scent work? Kierra would be a perfect partner! She is lovely to walk on a leash and enjoys the company of most dogs, but some females she does not like. She will do best in a home that is aware of her amazing brain power and will continue to give her the mental stimulation she needs to keep her happy and healthy!

This sweet puppy is a little shy at first but quickly warms up with a little kibble bribery. She may be young but don’t let that fool you, she is a quick learner who is eager to try new things. She needs a home that will make her many first experiences wonderful ones. We have been working with her to sit and lie on her bed with clicker training and she is doing very well! She would like a patient and quiet person to help teach her the world is not a scary place.
