Why did you join the fire service: I joined the fire service to become part of the community and fire fighting is something I’ve always wanted to do growing up

Reason nominated: Barry is being nominated because even with his 2 week on 1 week off schedule he still manages to fulfill his training hour requirements and then some. Barry is an active member when home for his week off and is always eager to further his training and knowledge, His level of commitment is appreciated and admired.
