Mudrooms: Real People, Real Stories
A second showing of Mudrooms, a live local story telling event in the vein of Public Radio International’s “This American Life,” is coming soon. Seven people will each tell their own seven minute story on this month’s theme — Outdated. This is not a theatrical performance, but rather real life stories from your friends, neighbors, acquaintances and quite possibly, someone you have never met. Take a listen and get a quick glimpse into the speakers’ different lives, just as if you were stepping into their mudrooms. The event will be a7 7 p.m. on Jan. 11 at McPhetres Hall. There is a $7 entry fee with proceeds going to charity. For more info, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
