Pets of the Week March 25, 2012

Lola is a beautiful female bunny with a sweet disposition. She adores exploring new surroundings but also appreciates quiet cuddle time. Lola is very comfortable being handled and is quickly learning how to use a litter box. While Lola likes her rabbit food, she especially loves dried papaya treats!

Sass is a bashful feline who enjoys a cozy bed to lie in. This super shy lady takes a while to warm up to new people and new environments. Once she is comfortable she is one of the most loving felines you will ever meet. Sass is looking for a quiet home that will give her the time she needs to adjust.

Magic is a wonderful boy with a high level of patients. He loves to be held, petted, brushed and carried around. Magic loves high places where he can perch and watch over his domain. This lovable fur ball will make a great lap warmer for those cool spring evenings.

Holly is a vivacious gal just ten years young! She has a perky and wonderful personality and always seems to be smiling at you. She has all of her basic commands mastered such as sit and stay. Holly has plenty of life left in her and would love to wiggle her way into your heart.

To meet these pets, visit the Gastineau Humane Society, 2 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday. For more information call 789-0260.
