Rainforest friends

The board of Rainforest Yoga thanks the yoga community for its open-hearted contributions to “Bambooasana,” which allowed us to upgrade our studio with a beautiful, new bamboo floor. To those who wrote generous checks, teachers who offered special classes, students who attended those classes, and to Neil McKinnon, we graciously thank you for helping us raise the necessary funds to purchase the materials. The installation of the floor could not have happened without the motivation and coordination of Mike Miller. For giving up their holiday free-time as well as their labor and tools, we also thank Ken Thompson, Pete Loskorn, Mike Sharpe, Bryan Dealy, Richard and Londie Fraser, Jay Doing, Doug Sturm, Obren and Morgan Davis, Carl and Evonne Reese, David Tallmon, Rhonda Biles and everyone else who helped with dump runs, clean-up and adding positive energy to our new space. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated community. To extend our appreciation, we invite you to join us for lunch on April 7 at 12:30 p.m. at the Rainforest Yoga studio, annual meeting to follow.
