Pets of the Week: April 22, 2012

Chloe is a beautiful lovebird who enjoys to have whole “conversations” with you. This lovely gal is not crazy about other birds or being held but would love to find a family that’ll enjoy her sweet chatter. Chloe is looking for a family who has the patience to work with hand training her.

Tundra is a calm, laidback, lovable fellow who is perfectly content to curl up in a cat bed and watch the world go by. He’s a very tolerant boy who allowed us to give him a haircut and bath and now loves his new short hairstyle. He gets along with all the cats (and people) he’s been in contact with and seems to prefer being on a perch well above the ground where he can survey is kingdom in between naps.

Noah is a lovable feline with long fluffy white fur that will need regular brushing. This playful fellow enjoys wrestling and playing with his fellow cats. When Noah isn’t playing or exploring, he likes to be held or to curl up with a human companion. This entertaining boy is looking for a home that has a lap to lie upon and plenty of toys to play with.

Elias is a big sweet pup who will take love and back scratches over treats every day. He still has a good amount of energy and would be a good hiking buddy though he’s certainly grown out of his high energy puppy days. With his mellow temperament and fondness for affection we think Elias would be a great family dog, especially for those with young children. For fun, Elias loves plush toys and tennis balls and knows many of his basic commands including sit and come.
