ASEA Local Chapter 52 invites applicants for Goodwill grants

The Alaska State Employees Association (ASEA) Local 52, Juneau Chapter has recently formed a Goodwill Committee in an effort to visibly assist the citizens of Juneau, and especially chapter members’ children, persons-in-need, and our senior citizens. The GWC will do this mainly by visible gifts to non-profit agencies and charitable organizations in our community through a competitive grant application process.

The Goodwill Committee is now accepting applications for its spring cycle grants in the amount of $500. Applicants must be non-profit agencies which provide service to community members in need or disaster response and must have a physical office in Juneau. All applicants must submit documentation of non-profit status and a signed media release and waiver. The application form and instructions are available on the Chapter web site at

Applicants must submit the required application by the May 15 due date by email, with all required application support documents as attachments. Paper forms will not be accepted. Completed application and narrative should be submitted to:
