Cesar earns J.D from Harvard Law

Kendri Marietta Marie Cesar recently received her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School on May 24, 2012.

Cesar previously received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2008 and is a 2004 graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School, where she was a member of the Early Scholars Program.

As a law student, Ms. Cesar interned at Sonosky, Chambers, Sachse, Miller & Munson, LLP in Juneau, at Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery, Ala. and at the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta, Ga. This fall, she will be clerking for Judge Michael Jeffery in Barrow.

Cesar is a member of the Kaach.ádi clan, and is a child of the Lukaax.ádi clan. Her parents are Ken Cesar and Jackie Dailey of Juneau. Her maternal grandparents are the late Mae and Marcus Dailey of Wrangell and her paternal grandparents are the late Mary and Santiago Cesar of Juneau and Aklan, Philippines.
