Pets of the week for July 8, 2012

Lola

Lola is a beautiful female bunny with a sweet disposition. She adores exploring new surroundings but also appreciates quiet cuddle time. Lola is very comfortable being handled and is quickly learning how to use a litter box. While Lola likes her rabbit food, she especially loves dried papaya treats!

Africa

Africa is a striking gal with fantastic markings and gorgeous yellow eyes. She loves being off the ground and can usually be seen catching a nap on one of the shelves or just surveying the other cats in the room. She would love a spot in your house where she could overlook her ‘kingdom.’ Africa doesn`t mind being held and likes people of all ages. While she tolerates other cats, Africa would prefer a home where she is the only cat.

Oso

Oso is a wonderful 9-year-old cat with long fluffy black hair that will need regular brushing and care. He can be a little shy at first but he’s incredibly sweet once he gets to know you. Oso would love to spend the day curled up in your lap. This soft boy gets along well with cats and children and is looking for a family to love him.

Brodie

Brodie is an energetic and loving husky mix who seems to constantly have a smile on his face. We don’t know much about Brodie’s history but he’s learned how to sit as well as stay and is very treat motivated which makes him an excellent clicker training student! Brodie loves to play, especially with plush squeaker toys and while he is a little “mouthy” he seems to know how to play without hurting his human playmate. We think Brodie would do excellent in an active and interactive home that would give him tons of exercise and play time.
