Couldn't have done it without you!

We couldn’t have done it without you! A heartfelt “thank you” goes out to all of those individuals and businesses who supported the 2012 Junior Baseball All-Star Team. Our fourth straight state title simply would not have been possible without the strong community support we are so fortunate to have here in our hometown.

Special thanks goes to: Gastineau Channel Little League, Taku Smokeries, Alaska Shirt Company and Trove, Minute Sixteen Photography, Alaska’s Best Salmon Jerky, Alaska Souvenirs, Alaskan Fudge Company, Mark Kelley Photography and Costco.

Special Petersburg thanks goes to: Father Mike at the Lutheran Church, Jim Engall, Duane Bell, Carrie Lanteigne, Jamie Cabral and all the folks at Petersburg Little League — especially Randy Lanteigne at Icicle Seafoods for arranging the private charter flight for the team to Anchorage —first class all the way! We are also deeply grateful to the grounds crew for the countless hours spent making the field playable for our kids.

And last but not least, a huge shout out goes to the coaches and little league families. Your encouragement both on and off the field is what drives our strong Juneau baseball program and will surely produce many future championship teams. Thank you again!

Joe Tompkins, Manager, 2012 Junior Baseball All-Stars
