18th annual Toy Run

The Panhandlers Motorcycle Club thanks everyone who participated in its 18th Annual Toy Run benefiting Bartlett Regional Hospital.  The hospital staff distribute toys as needed to pediatric patients or siblings during crisis situations. This year we changed the name of our function to the Valliant-Krook Memorial Toy Run, adding our friend Sandy Krook who recently passed. Her tireless dedication every year collecting toys was inspiring to all — she will be greatly missed.

Special thanks go to LeAnn and staff at the Triangle Club, Pat Peterson at the Douglas Inn, Al at the Breeze In, Neil, Cari and Lynn at G.W. Teal, Shayla at Squires Rest, Jerry and Gail at the Sand Bar and Grill, Rob and Sheli at the Imperial Bar, Mike at Glacier Seafoods, Odem Distributing, The Widow Sons riding group and, as always, Ray Roberts and all the crew of the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department. It is the generous support of these local businesses and community members that makes this annual event a success.
