Spc. Hernandez returns from deployment

Specialist Daniel J. Hernandez, U.S. Army, a 2005 JDHS Graduate and 2011 University of Alaska Anchorage Graduate returned to his home base of Fort Bragg, N.C. in September after a seven-month deployment to a Forwarding Operating Base in Afghanistan. Hernandez is currently assigned as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. Though currently based in Fort BRagg, he was born and raised in Juneau and has many friends and family members still in the community. He remains stateside for the time being.
