Pets of the week, Nov. 11-17

Fiona

Fiona is a very hand shy bird but she could be won over by a calm and patient person. This little beauty already knows a number of tunes but she loves to have you whistle at her and is quick to pick up new ones. Fiona would like to find a home with a good sized cage full of fun interactive toys to keep her busy.

Nickel

Nickel is a sweet lady with a soft grey coat. This gentle feline enjoys being petted so much that her purr becomes a soft growl of pleasure. While Nickel can be a very friendly lady, she doesn’t enjoy being around other cats or with young children. Nickel is looking for a home full of soft places for her lay upon and companions who’ll love her independent spirit.

Fritz

Fritz is a social and laid back fellow who loves to be with people. He does an amazing job giving you the “sad eyes” look so you’ll snuggle up with him. A true lap cat, Fritz is perfectly happy spending hours sitting on your lap being petted. Fritz gets along well with other cats and people of all ages.

Betty

Betty is a doll of a gal. This lovely lady is very affectionate and would love to spend the evening snuggling with her human companions. Betty tolerates other cats as long as they stay out of her space. This older gal is looking for a home to spend her golden years in.

I have the fortune, however, of not having windows in my office. See, I don’t have to watch the tumultuous perpetual gray on the one hand, and on the other I don’t have to feel bad about being inside when it’s sunny. I just turn on my Costa Rica webcam and put my shades and Pet Sounds album on and party with those spreadsheets all day long.
