Time for thanks

It’s time I took a moment to give kudos to some of our neighbors and friends. First, AEL&P — here is a company where staff risks life and limb daily to keep us safe and warm. They work under awful conditions and get the job done, and usually with little or no thanks. Thank you, AEL&P.

Second, Capital Service — these are honest, exceptionally good auto mechanics. They are like family the way they treat their customers. Thanks, men, for your expertise.

Third, Good True Value Hardware — here is a wonderful, old style hardware store. Service, selection and a wonderful place to work.

Fourth, our CBJ staff, Street and Public Works Department, and Police and Fire Departments. Keep up your dedication and hard work, You are loved, respected and appreciated. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

David Tobias
