The Learning Connection offers free computer and job search classes at its 210 Ferry Way location.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2010 meets Monday and Wednesday evenings, Jan. 7-30, from 5-7 p.m.
It is recommended that students are familiar with the basics of Microsoft Excel; also for the pace of the course it is recommended to commit to coming to all or most classes – call or see instructor regarding late admissions.
Introduction to Microsoft Word 2010 meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Jan. 8-31, from 5-7 p.m.

Job Search, Resume Creation, Using ALEXsys, Keyboarding and Open Lab Computer Training offers individual and small group instruction for computer and online job search guidance Mondays and Tuesdays 9-11 a.m. – this will be in an open lab type format – an instructor will be available.
The ALEXsys Job Search Workshop is co-facilitated with the Juneau Job Center staff and held at The Learning Connection Thursdays, Jan. 10 and Jan. 24 from 10 a.m.-noon
Interested individuals are encouraged to come in during the above times to receive assistance and create a plan.
