Helping Hands would like to thank Stephen Sowell, store director from Safeway, the employees and also all the customers who participated in the food drive through the holidays. It was an excellent collection of non-perishable foods to fill our shelves up.
I would also like to thank Wildflower court and Bartlett Regional Hospital for the canned food drive and also the cash and gift cards we received.
I would like to thank Channel Construction for the turkeys we received for the Thanksgiving and Christmas bags.
I also would like to thank the Juneau Moose Lodge for allowing a collection box to be placed out to help with the toy drive for Christmas and Balloons by Night Moods for placing a collection barrel for toys to help with Christmas for the children of our families that come.
We are always in need of non-perishable food items or cash donations to operate. If you would like to help us out please call and ask for Betty at 789-4390.
We would like to thank everyone for their continued support of our organization. We hope that the new year is everything you want it to be.
Betty Kaplor, Director of Helping Hands
