Why did you join the fire service: I enjoy helping people. Good service to provide to the community. Fighting fires is exciting.

Favorite aspect of the fire service: fighting fires.

Reason nominated: Firefighter Bob Ludeman was nominated because he is dependable. When you need something done — and done right, Bob is the type of person who gets the work done correctly. He pays attention to details. He has a good attitude and is always making himself better. He is currently attending UAS. His goal is to have his Fire Engineering and Associate’s degree done.
