Poetry Out Loud Wednesday

The Poetry Out Loud national recitation contest will see a city-wide contest in Juneau on Wednesday, Jan. 30. The contest will include students from Thunder Mountain and Juneau-Douglas High Schools and will be held in the JDHS commons at 4:30 p.m. The students will recite poems from the Poetry Out Loud Anthology and the winner will go on to compete in the Alaska-wide competition in March.
