Pets of the week for Feb. 24, 2013

Mature single female seeking loving human companions: I’m an older gal with a delightful little bob tail and a stunningly soft tortoise shell coat. I enjoy the indoors where I can sleep all day, snack on some cat treats and don’t have to be bothered by the everyday hustle and bustle. If you appreciate the calm and quiet like I do, then we should definitely meet — maybe over some cuddles, back rubs and hors d’oeuvres. We can decide later if we want to continue on to dinner.

Cat King looking for loyal subjects: Life is all about me! I love going places and seeing what there is to see. I enjoy talking about myself and require you to rub my head until I’m content. I get bored very easily and will need plenty of toys and kitty puzzles to keep my mind busy. Children take attention away from “moi” so kids are not in my plans. I need to be the only King in my castle.

Handsome young lover known for stealing human hearts: I am an entertainer and a romantic. Cuddling and massages are a must with me. Patient, kind and pretty laid back, I enjoy attention from all ages as long as it is friendly and gentle. I’m looking for a forever home where I can put on a show, just be myself and snuggle up with my humans at the end of the day.

I’m a sweet youngster searching for that right family to take care of me. I love to give kisses and snuggle as close as possible. Everyone I come across is my new best friend and I will be forever loyal to them. I just adore company, so if you have kids or other furry family members, you’re just the match for me. I will need a family willing to continue my training and I will make a great addition to any home.

To meet these pets, visit the Gastineau Humane Society, 2 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday. For more information call 789-0260.
