The Association for the Education of Young Children (AEYC) would like to thank our families and fabulous guest speakers for this year’s session of family nights on the first Tuesday of each month. This year we saw more than 700 parents and children for these monthly events that ranged in topic from snakes to polka and everything in between!
A big thanks for our guest speakers: Josh Lemieux with Cinnamon the boa constrictor, Brett Dillingham and Linda Rosenthal, Carlton Smith with Charlie the puppet, Dale Wygant and his accordion, Alicia Smith of Imagination Station, Roman Motyka with Milo the dog, Kathy Fanning with her musical abilities, and Matt Dull and Warren Mays with the recycling truck from Arrow Refuse.
These nights would not be possible without the generous financial support of Best Beginnings and private donations to the Imagination Library. We would especially like to thank Mudrooms for choosing Imagination Library as their charity of the year!
Join us for our final night on Tuesday, May 7 at the downtown library from 5:30-7 p.m. as we talk about whales with Captain Steve Olmstead of Harv and Marv’s Whale Watching. For more information, call AEYC at 789-1235 and we hope to see you all next year!
