The Alaska State Historical Records Advisory Board (ASHRAB) Certificate of Excellence Award recognizes and publicizes archival excellence by individuals, institutions, agencies or organizations. On September 25th the ASHRAB will consider outstanding projects that merit a Certificate of Excellence Award.
The board solicits and encourages submittals of award nominations for significant projects that have been accomplished. Individuals, institutions (libraries, historical societies, museums), agencies (local, state, federal), and organizations (Red Cross, Rotary, business groups) are encouraged to submit nominations to the State Archivist electronically or by mail, describing and documenting the individual or group’s significant contribution. No self-nominations will be accepted.
