A new scholarship at The Alaska Community Foundation will award a one-time scholarship of up to $10,000 to an Alaskan student with a grade point average between 3.2 to 2.0, a “B” or “C” average.
Applicants must be pursuing post-secondary education and have a demonstrated financial need. The deadline for applying is 9 p.m., June 30.
The Alaska Community Foundation cultivates and sustains many forms of philanthropy to strengthen Alaska’s communities.
