Road lets criminal elements in

I am surprised that so many in the Juneau business community support the road to Juneau. What with all of the break-ins and petty crime here you’d think there would be more resistance to a road that would offer greater access to Juneau by the criminal element and the drug culture, especially since the local police forces is understaffed. People who have left Juneau and returned later in life comment what a great place Juneau is to have been raised here. Why do we want to erode that?
