JAS field trip to highlight bird songs

The public is invited to join Gwen Baluss as she listens for bird songs on the Moraine Ecology Trail as part of this week’s Juneau Audubon Spring Field Trip.

Interested parties are asked to meet at the trail head of the Moraine Ecology Trail, which is located near the parking lot adjacent to the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center, at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The walk with feature a special emphasis on bird song, especially warblers.
