The public is invited to the 20th annual Beat the Odds Race — A Women’s Race Against Breast Cancer beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug 27, at Riverbend Elementary School.
The race will begin near the school’s covered playground area. Participants have a choice of running the 5 kilometer race or the 2 mile walk.

And what about the Prostate Cancer 5K Run for men that starts at 8am at the same place - Riverbend Elementary School?
Seems like you would mention the men's run also! Men are people, too.....and prostate cancer prevention and cure is very important.
It's great that you mentioned the women's run, and breast cancer definitely needs to be prevented/cured. But men are people, too!!!
