The public is invited to view a film by local film maker Greg Chaney tonight at 7 p.m. in the Egan Lecture Hall.
Tonight’s film is titled “Journey on the Wild Coast.” Chaney will discuss his editing process and engage in a question and answer session with the audience. This documentary about a couple’s attempt to walk, paddle and ski from Seattle to the Aleutians won awards at the Anchorage and Banff film festivals and has the honor of being selected for the Banff World Tour.
February is Film Month for the Sound and Motion Series at the University of Alaska Southeast Auke Lake campus. All events take place on Fridays at 7 p.m in the Egan Lecture Hall and are free to the public.
