Tracks and Signs Program to highlight Sunny Point wetlands area

The public is invited to join Naturalist Kevin O’Malley at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Sunny Point parking lot, on the west side of the highway, to explore the wetland habitat adjacent to the area.

According to a release on the Juneau Audubon Society website, this walk will explore a wetland habitat and the critters that frequent it.

Participants are asked to dress for the weather and be prepared to walk off trail. This is a free program. Elders come share your stories and families are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
