Public comment sought on proposed helicopter skiing operations in Kachemak Bay area

SOLDOTNA – The Director’s Office of the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation has recently received multiple applications to operate commercial helicopter skiing ventures in Kachemak Bay State Park and Kachemak Bay State Wilderness Park.

The division is seeking public comments regarding whether to authorize the proposed activity, and if so, under what conditions.
