Shoot-offs abound at March JGC event

Shoot participants from left to right: Dennis Travis, Mike Curtis, Jerry Godkin, Mal Menzies, Pete Hudson and Jay Davis. High Overall was Mike Curtis.

Dull, overcast skies with “heavy” dampness in the air and cool temperatures found six Juneau Gun Club members braving the elements to shoot in the March 9 Registered PITA event. Three events were held: 100 rounds of singles, 100 rounds of handicap and 50 pair of doubles. For the first time, participants in all three events tied and required shoot-off’s to settle the score.
