Trap Shoot Results

The second Saturday of the month registered trap shoot was a challenge—a double A.T.A.-registered event held in memory of Jim Brooks.

 

The day was sunny, with temperatures rising from 32 degrees to 50 degrees. That may have kept some members working on their boats. Or perhaps the challenge of a doubles event was more then they wanted to tackle on such a nice day. Seven members participated, six of whom shot at all 300 targets.

The event’s results are;

A.T.A. Class “B” participants: Pete Hudson, 84+89+87=257/300 and Jay Davis, 87+86+84= 257/300. Pete Hudson won HOA in shoot-off. Jay Davis is “B” Champion.

A.T.A. Class “C’: Hank Masters, 78+76 +87=241/300. “C” Champion

A.T.A. Class “D” participants: Mal Menzies, 78+76+87=241/300, “D” Class Champion; Dennis Travis, 67+79+69+215/300; Fred Bergander, 55+75+66=196/300 and Hanna Davis, 77/100.
