Federal Subsistence Harvest of Wildlife Regulations Book Now Available

Printed copies of the July 1,2014 to June 30, 2016 Federal Subsistence Management Regulations for the Harvest of Wildlife on Federal Public Lands in Alaska book are now available.

The regulations book contains the Federal subsistence seasons, customary and traditional use determinations, harvest limits, permit requirements and methods of taking wildlife from Federal public lands in Alaska. Copies of the book may be picked up at Federal land management offices and vendors. In addition, copies may be requested by contacting the Office of Subsistence Management at 800-478-1456, 907-786-3888 or email subsistence@fws.gov.

The regulations are available on the Federal Subsistence Management Program’s website at http://www.doi.gov/subsistence/regulation/wildlife/index.cfm.
